In an effort to go green, Chicago may soon allow all-electric, low-speed vehicles in the city - making it the first major municipality in Illinois to allow them on city streets. The vehicles "will require a city sticker and a special low-speed vehicle sticker, but under state law would not require license plates". Let the revolution begin.
